Surga898 is more than just an online casino platform. We are a digital entertainment platform built with a genuine understanding of Malaysian players' needs, lifestyles, and preferences. From Kuala Lumpur to Kota Kinabalu, from Alor Setar to Johor Bahru – we make sure that playing at surga898 feels natural, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.
To provide a safe, fair and enjoyable digital entertainment platform genuinely built around the needs of Malaysian players – not simply a foreign model with a Bahasa Malaysia translation bolted on.
To be Malaysia's number one online entertainment platform of choice by 2027 – not because we're the biggest, but because we're the most trusted.
Surga898 was born from a simple but meaningful idea: Malaysians deserve an online entertainment platform that truly gets them. Not one half-translated from a foreign language, not one that forces players to use unfamiliar payment methods, and not one that treats Malaysian players as a second-tier market.
The team behind surga898 grew up watching the Malaysia Super League on weekends, knows the thrill of catching EPL matches in the early hours with friends, and genuinely appreciates the cultural diversity that makes Malaysia unique. That understanding shapes every product decision we make – from interface design and payment method options to game selection and the way our support team communicates with members.
Today, surga898 serves hundreds of thousands of active members across Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia. We offer over 200 Live Casino games including blackjack, baccarat, poker and roulette; Sports Betting covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, cricket and e-sports; plus a wide range of slots and virtual sports – all accessible from your smartphone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Six things we work on every day to deliver the best possible experience for you
Surga898 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect every transaction and member's personal information. Our system is also equipped with two-factor authentication (2FA) and round-the-clock monitoring for suspicious activity. We never store your bank card or eWallet details directly – all transactions are processed through certified and secured payment gateways.
We know that Malaysian players rely on Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks), Boost, and ShopeePay in their daily lives. That's why all these methods are available at surga898 – with deposits processed in under a minute and withdrawals completed in just 5 to 15 minutes. No hidden fees, no complicated processes.
All casino games at surga898 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently certified by a third party. Each game's RTP is publicly displayed – no secrets, no manipulation. We partner with world-class game providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Microgaming, each with a proven track record in the global casino industry.
The surga898 support team is made up of Malaysian staff who communicate in Bahasa Malaysia – not automated bots or overseas agents unfamiliar with local context. Whether you have a question about a bonus, a technical issue, or simply want to understand how a particular game works, our team is ready to help at any time via live chat, WhatsApp or email.
Over 80% of surga898 members play on their smartphones – and we built the platform around that reality. Every game, deposit and withdrawal feature, and account function is fully accessible from any mobile device with no additional app download required. The surga898 mobile experience is every bit as good as the desktop version.
Surga898 believes entertainment should always stay fun. We provide account management tools including daily deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and a self-exclusion option – all of which members can activate themselves at any time. We also enforce strict age verification: no one under 18 is permitted to register or play at surga898.
Every major platform starts with a single small step. This is the surga898 story – from the original idea of a small team to a platform that serves hundreds of thousands of Malaysian players today.
We're not trying to be the biggest platform in the world. We just want to be the one Malaysians understand and trust the most.
The surga898 founding team set out to build a platform with one clear goal: an online casino that truly works for Malaysian players. Starting with 12 staff and a small office, we began a journey that wasn't easy – but one that mattered.
Surga898 launched the first version of its platform with support for Touch 'n Go and FPX – the two payment methods most familiar to Malaysian users at the time. The initial response exceeded our expectations, with 10,000 members registering within the first 60 days of launch.
We added a Live Casino section through partnerships with Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play. Sports Betting was also introduced, starting with coverage of the Malaysia Super League and EPL. surga898's active membership reached 75,000 by the end of 2021.
The surga898 interface was fully redesigned based on member feedback, making it cleaner, faster and more intuitive. GrabPay, DuitNow and Boost were added in response to growing demand from members who rely on eWallets in their daily lives.
Surga898 reached 200,000 registered members – a significant milestone that reflects the trust of the Malaysian gaming community. E-sports and virtual sports were launched as new categories, rounding out the platform's entertainment offering for younger Malaysians.
Surga898 now serves over 500,000 registered members across Malaysia. We continue to add new games, improve payout rates and expand our sports coverage. Our next goal is to become Malaysia's number one digital entertainment platform of choice by 2027.
Four core principles that guide every decision we make
We don't hide the important stuff. Each game's RTP, bonus terms, and withdrawal policies are all clearly stated and easy to understand – no confusing fine print.
We never manipulate game outcomes or withhold payouts without legitimate cause. Every member complaint is taken seriously and resolved within 24 working hours by our dedicated team.
Surga898 is more than a business – it's a community of Malaysian players. We listen to member feedback, run meaningful promotions, and build lasting relationships with every member who joins us.
The digital entertainment industry is constantly evolving, and we are always ready to adapt. We invest continuously in technology, security and user experience to keep surga898 relevant and competitive.
